すべてのレビューを表示This gym is great, they have pretty much any equipment you can ask for, full locker rooms with showers and towels provided, and an infrared sauna. It's usually not too busy (though I go in the afternoon, not sure what it looks like at 5:30 on a weekday), the staff and Bryan the manager are super friendly and inviting. Also, they are very relaxed with the "1-hour window" of open gym, so you don't need to feel rushed. Great experience.

Mia and her husband Matt have created such a warm, inviting space for you to find an accessible and immediate way to release tensions and alleviate stress! The space and community is designed to help you find tranquility and comfort. If you come to really allow yourself to be enveloped in a guided breath work and meditation, the benefits will be tremendous! The added feature that you can play whatever you’d like as the sauna offers Bluetooth speakers was an added touch. It was a tranquil hour experience that I look forward to experiencing more often! I did the red light plus the other light I set for rotation with all the colors. Also they have a tv so you can watch a show by yourself in the room. Totally recommend !
