Matt was fantastic at guiding us through the breathwork and the cold plunge, made much more manageable by his breathing techniques! The sauna, space, amenities are 10/10. Loved the cold eucalyptus towels after. I could see some people not liking that you can hear everything going on outside your room but you can turn on the TV and the speakers go directly into the cabin. I really enjoyed my session, I’ll definitely be back!

すべてのレビューを表示I’ve gone to Austin’s slow flow and sound healing class three times now, I absolutely love it. His mix of meditative breathing, thoughtful slow stretch flow, and 10-15 sound healing leave me at peace and fully relaxed. Nalu is a beautiful studio as well with such great vibes.

すべてのレビューを表示I rarely write reviews, but I have to praise The Ocean Lab for their top notch customer service and the overall float tank experience. From the second you walk in, you’re immediately welcomed and made to feel at home by the staff. If you’re a first timer, they give you a tour and an overview of how the float works. You’re also offered a variety of different loose leaf teas and sparkling water to make your experience more enjoyable. The float tank itself is large and they really thought of every little detail to make your experience better, such as having a spray bottle and small towel available in case you get salt water in your eye. I even got to listen to one of my favorite artists, Rufus du Sol, while floating which only made the experience 1000x better. The only thing I would recommend would be to make the water temperature in the float tanks a few degrees warmer as I felt a bit cold in there. Looking forward to my next visit!

The combination of hot and cold felt both exhilarating and relaxing. I left feeling amazing and slept so well. I also really loved that they had an ambience video on the tv and you could play whatever on YouTube and the sound was connected to the sauna. Highly recommend putting on a Cercle concert for a nice vibe ✨ I’ll definitely be back!

I did the red light plus the other light I set for rotation with all the colors. Also they have a tv so you can watch a show by yourself in the room. Totally recommend !

すべてのレビューを表示You feel it primarily in your upper body at first but the field is working through out so towards the end of the session, I was able to feel it in my butt and legs. The ticking sound is distracting at first but deep breathing and focusing on the energy pulses will eventually drown out that sound. I’d try it again since the first 15 minutes, I was doing a lot of overthinking but I finally started feeling relaxed towards the end. Also, the front desk girl is very nice. I wish I got her name, she was very sweet and had great energy as well.

There was glass water bottles and lemon water available for me and after there was a ice cold lavender scented towel ready for me. The towel felt amazing on my face.
