I loved the structure of his class and would definitely go back with him coaching. He’s a part owner of HEAT, which I also respected. HEAT is my favorite class in Austin so far!

すべてのレビューを表示This class was an absolute BLAST! Brenda was very welcoming and I had a nice time chatting with her before and after class. I am a self proclaimed cardio junkie and this class was everything I hoped it would be…fast and challenging. I loved the 50-40-30 intervals and the 55 seconds to switch stations was perfect so my heart rate didn’t plummet too much and I had time for water and to get set up. I burned almost 400 kcals with the warm up and cool down and hit a max of 188 bpm. My avg was 138. I was paired with two other ladies who were fun and enthusiastic.

She was very informative and explained everything she was using to me, her massage literally put me to sleep!! Was so needed for this week thank you so much again a Marissa!!!

すべてのレビューを表示This is the second time I’ve ever had brow lamination done so it was a different experience than the one I’ve had before at a different place. I was expecting shaping/touch ups to be included in the brow lamination but was disappointed that it wasn’t. I brought it up and she offered to pluck my brows but then I became skeptical how they’d turn out. She was nice and did the brow lamination and asked my opinion how I wanted them done and even let me use the brush to shape them how I wanted . My brows no longer pull down so that’s nice. I drove to a different place to get them threaded and was happy with the overall result of the combo lamination and threading. I guess just don’t expect to them shaped like I mistakingly believed. Then I added on a b12 shot. The place is cutely decorated as well.
