I love how she teaches pole because she will meet you where you are at and make so if you are advanced she'll give you something that will challenge you and if you are new she will provide modifications. It was a very positive environment for all levels, and since the class I attended didn’t have too many people, there was plenty of time to get individualized attention to learn. I’ve been looking for movement & exercise that don’t feel like a punishment to my body and this is it ☺️ Luna is wonderful, the music is so fun, and warmups ease nerves for newcomers, however, I was stunned by the community in class. Every attendee was so friendly and easy to connect with that it really curates a safe space to let loose, have fun and build community. Just wow!!! It was so cool being in class with people of various skill levels & taking the pole out of static your first class.

Celia was an amazing instructor—she explained everything clearly, encouraged everyone throughout the class, and made me feel comfortable regardless of experience level. The studio was clean, organized, and had a positive atmosphere that made it easy to relax and have fun. I left feeling more confident and can't wait to come back for another class!

I will say show up a little bit early because the actual address you show up to is a short two minute walk from the actual studio. The studio is really clean and beautiful, and I will definitely be returning. I had so much fun.

すべてのレビューを表示This is one of the best pole fitness related classes I’ve ever taken. It was a mix of Mat Pilates and flexibility/conditioning (no pole work). Jenny was structured, had clear communication and I feel like I learned new moves to work on flexibility and strength. The only PSA I would give is to bring your own mat! The studio ones just aren’t as supportive and certain moves hurt a bit doing on a harder surface so I would definitely bring a comfy mat if you can.

It was my first time so it was definitely painful on my skin hooking my leg on the pole since I wasn't used to using a pole and I also learned that I need to work on my core strength to be able to hold myself up. I need to lose weight to make it easier but it was really fun and I look forward to learning and getting stronger.
