This instructor made me feel comfortable and welcome. He is patient, knowledgeable, and adjusts the class to be inclusive. Everyone was kind and supportive. Also, word of advice, come prepared and dressed to work out. The space is limited, there are no lockers, and not much space to set your stuff down.

There was a lot to learn and they dedicated some time for me to learn some of the basics aside from the rest of the class. I would definitely take their class again and recommend a friend to join.

It’s a very beginner friendly class and I always felt like I was being walked through what I was expected to do. The class had a bit of a cardio warmup, some stretches, and then was comprised of mostly punches and kick type circuits, then finished with some cooldown exercise stretches. 10/10 would recommend.

I have no Jujitsu experience and was partnered with a senior student in the class who made sure I understood the moves, how to best perform them and helped with the execution of said moves. There are a mix of students of all different experience levels, it was great to watch and learn from peers as well as the instructors. It was a great experience, everyone was very welcoming.
