She’s super caring and encouraging and overall has such great energy that inspires me as I’m working out. This instructor made me feel comfortable and welcome. He is patient, knowledgeable, and adjusts the class to be inclusive. Everyone was kind and supportive. Also, word of advice, come prepared and dressed to work out. The space is limited, there are no lockers, and not much space to set your stuff down.

I have no Jujitsu experience and was partnered with a senior student in the class who made sure I understood the moves, how to best perform them and helped with the execution of said moves. If you’re interested I highly recommend checking them out! Don’t forget to bring a rash guard and water bottle, but don’t worry about a Gi as they have loaners.
