I will be back for another round. Beastmode was amazing you should try it and watch your body transform into your goal weight and look.

The instructor was clearly very knowledgeable but did go through things very quickly. so just be aware of this beforehand! That being said, I will likely be back since I feel like it will push me, but it is fast-paced and assumes some dance knowledge beforehand like positions etc.
