すべてのレビューを表示Excellent experience. This was my second time boxing ever, and first time doing Muay Thai, and that too with a partner. The trainer/coach, Ty, was very good! He practiced one on one with me and even helped me refine my techniques in boxing. He also considered my uncommon stance as southpaw and helped me to box and kick until I got the moves down!

すべてのレビューを表示Excellent class and instructor. I have been wanting to learn martial arts for the longest time, but felt too intimidated to go into the gyms. This instructor made me feel comfortable and welcome. He is patient, knowledgeable, and adjusts the class to be inclusive. Everyone was kind and supportive. Also, word of advice, come prepared and dressed to work out. The space is limited, there are no lockers, and not much space to set your stuff down.

It was a great intro for a total beginner - it included some warm up movements (push ups, squats, jump roping). Heads up, its a socks and shoes off type situation, so be ready for that!

I have no Jujitsu experience and was partnered with a senior student in the class who made sure I understood the moves, how to best perform them and helped with the execution of said moves. If you’re interested I highly recommend checking them out! Don’t forget to bring a rash guard and water bottle, but don’t worry about a Gi as they have loaners.
