すべてのレビューを表示I've only done Ozzie's class, but I *highly* recommend his classes to everyone. He teaches "Power" yoga but always discloses that it's not powerful in the sense of constant movement or a rushed flow, rather a mental state of power. He gently guides the class, is kind in his tone & modifications, and has a clear plan for each class with specific intentions. Each class has also been a little different which makes for nice variation. Ultimately though, I think Ozzie's brightness & positivity makes the class such a great start to the day.

すべてのレビューを表示I had such a fun time at this aerial yoga class! Hannahsita was an amazing instructor.. so encouraging, patient, and made everyone feel comfortable, especially as a beginner. She explained everything clearly and created such a welcoming atmosphere. Highly recommend!
