すべてのレビューを表示This class felt much more intermediate than beginner to me, as someone with very little to no dance background. The instructor was clearly very knowledgeable but did go through things very quickly. so just be aware of this beforehand! That being said, I will likely be back since I feel like it will push me, but it is fast-paced and assumes some dance knowledge beforehand like positions etc.

It would be fun to go with a friend but it’s also fun to go alone. The instructor had us change partners frequently which helped it feel comfortable and gives you experience dancing with different partners. I enjoyed the class.

すべてのレビューを表示The class was fun! I went to the cumbia and merengue where we learned a little choreo with basic steps for both types of dances. I had the teacher Roxy and I went up to her to checkin and we started class about 5 mins after. There is a water dispenser in the dance studio. Only thing is that I had to wait outside until the classes before were done so come about 10 mins before you have to be there to not wait so long.

I look forward to diving deeper into belly dancing. I’ve done samba for a while but I was still completely challenged. I love the drills she does and the stretching at the end. Felt so good to move my body and still have fun while doing it! I’ll be back for sure!

I was surprisingly able to learn the choreography to a tango with no previous professional dance experience. Additionally, the studio was judgement-free and welcoming. Due to limited shoe options, I wore sneakers with smooth soles. It went well, so I would not let that be a reason not to book.

すべてのレビューを表示Signed up for West Coast swing, but the schedule hadn’t been updated for this month and it was actually Salsa night. One of the instructors (?), Sabryna, let me stay anyway. Irene taught the beginner class and did a wonderful job. We spent the class working in several variations on a turn. She gave clear instructions and tips to get it right. She did a good job at not making you feel too embarrassed either. All the students were friendly and I think I spoke to a couple other guys that maybe work there that were also very kind! All around, it was a really nice first experience!

すべてのレビューを表示Great class. It ended up being a 1 on 1 as there were no other sign ups but the instructor gave great instruction. I truly enjoyed myself. If you’re looking for a class with a lot of partner work that is unlikely but the instructor is happy to partner with you and you dance facing a mirror. I enjoyed the ballroom class for sure. They asked about styles of dance I was interested in and we did cha cha and rumba.
