I’ve been on a 5 day road trip to Nashville and once I got to Memphis it was so nice to work my hip flexors and stretch my body in meaningful ways. Like for example, if we’re doing reverse camel, let us be in reverse camel for some time but other than that, I highly recommend. Not crazy strenuous, but a really nice way to start your Sunday

First time at this studio & the free sweat towel & cooling towel afterward were amazing and much needed - hottest class I’ve ever taken. The only negative was the parking, I paid $5 for a validation and still got charged $16 for a day rate due to an error.

I don’t consider that entirely Armando’s fault per se, it might be because of the acoustics of the room but there were moments where I was just looking to other people because I couldn’t hear what he had said since the music was soo loud.

すべてのレビューを表示Loved the pace of this class. Just the right amount of challenge but at a pace where you can actually feel your body in each pose rather than rushing from pose to pose. A lot of the yoga class sequences at Asyteya feel too similar, but Melody has her own style of teaching which I really appreciated. Grounding and centering practice that was so satisfying, will definitely be back!

The balance between the volume of the music versus the amount of lyrics versus the instructions provided by the instructor are sometimes battling each other. I love bumping music in class. I love clear simple instructions.. I love inspiring lyrics. It would be best received if one stood out above the others at a time. Tonight's class happened to be very overstimulating and difficult to follow. Otherwise, I'm happily a regular and truly appreciate all the studio has to offer.

すべてのレビューを表示I feel like Laura is one of the most authentic teachers I've experienced recently. she starts class with a meditative moment which I love and ends with some really beautiful singing bowls. The practice in the middle has appropriate challenge with options for multiple levels. She seems to typically teach to a peak pose, and you leave feeling grounded and strong.
