すべてのレビューを表示I love Claire’s classes. I learn new poses all the time and I’ve noticed my strength getting better and just overall capability to flow is so much better. I’ll come to every class I can. She’s awesome. Her instructions are clear and she has a nice voice. It’s also fascinating to see the moves she can do with her strength that I know took some time to master. And it inspires me to get better.

すべてのレビューを表示Really loved this class - you can tell Gabrielle is deeply knowledgeable about the physical and the mental practices of yoga. I will definitely be coming back for more of her classes! A note for Trilogy management - I wish the teachers were more empowered to stick to the policy for late students and not let them in once class has started. A few people came in late to this class and the teacher had to stop cueing to direct them where to set up. I don’t mean that to be reflective of Gabrielle at all, this has happened in plenty of classes at this studio and it’s always incredibly disruptive. It would be nice if the teachers felt supported to turn away late students for the sake of those who did make it to class on time

She held space that allowed for learning and laughter and did an excellent job of showing step-by-step instructions so that everyone participating felt safe and capable. This style of yoga felt very empowering to me. Leaving the ground and being in the air literally elevates your spirit. It’s been a long time since I’ve tried something new with my body and it felt wonderful.

I have two left feet and am sooo uncoordinated lol so it was tough for me, but after stretching she had us learn a routine really slowly step by step. At the end she played some music that was slow paced for us to try the routine out and in the end it was a lot of fun. Try not to overthink the moves and also be careful! I kinda twisted my wrist the wrong way so it hurts slightly but its ok its just me being really bad at choreographed dance and having no coordination lol. But it was only me and 1 other girl in the class which was nice. I didnt feel judged or uncomfortable at all. Would definitely try again. The studio provided mats for our stretches and you can do everything barefoot. At the end when she let us try the routine with the music she gave us dance heels to do it in which was nice. Would recommend!

すべてのレビューを表示This was the coolest class I have ever taken. You could tell there is a deep understanding of the best most intuitive ways to teach martial arts and self defense. I learned more in one session than I learned in a month of grappling elsewhere. And the skills are real and can be applied to feel more confident in real life. This gym has 5 stars for a reason it is really just in a league of its own. Wish I could go every single day.
