When the room is dark, following others is tough because they might be looking around too. Also, people with astigmatism may have trouble seeing clearly. The workouts are still fun though! 👍

すべてのレビューを表示I absolutely love this class! It's longer than most offered in Bangkok. Coach Daniel is incredibly supportive, maintaining a great energy level throughout. While it can be a lot of ClassPass credits, I've noticed that the class has been consistently full with 20+ participants, which explains the higher credit demand probably set by ClassPass and not the actual gym. Also the gym itself is a lovely boutique space, clean and well-equipped, which adds to the overall positive experience. Highly recommend!

This one was very well sequenced and everything made sense from the warmup postures to the strength drills and they definitely helped with achieving the final pose. The peak pose was crow & firefly + combinations of/ transitions between these 2. I can already can do titthibasana somewhat decently but I still got some really good pointers and tips to improve my form and even be able to play around with transitions. Great sweat sesh too!
