    Today's class was intense, but I enjoyed it nonetheless. I'm guessing the focus this week for this class is lower body/legs, so I worked up a sweat here. Delon was very encouraging, and was very observant about everyone's technique and corrected them as needed (despite it being a huge class). Overall would come back here if I ever holiday in Penang again.

    Kenneth's Elevate class is one of the better ones I have attended at YM and I have attended quite a few some of which were not very well thought out and felt all over the place. This one was very well sequenced and everything made sense from the warmup postures to the strength drills and they definitely helped with achieving the final pose. The peak pose was crow & firefly + combinations of/ transitions between these 2. I can already can do titthibasana somewhat decently but I still got some really good pointers and tips to improve my form and even be able to play around with transitions. Great sweat sesh too!

    The group format makes us motivated more. Eak gives us clear instructions, monitor, and correct our movement too. The gym is located in a building on the 11th floor, which you have to take elevator to the 10th floor and take stair to 11th. A bit weird to find it but it has a great view from the gym.
