    PSYCOSOMATIC YOGA

    I can't wait for the next class. This was a special yoga: very professional, powerful, with a great motivating atmosphere. The music, the trainer, the light, the focus on breathing - everything contributes to a very deep contact with the body. Already at the very end, in shavasana, in total relaxation, I felt that during the class I had experienced a real rebirth for my body 🪐. The trainer was attentive to every participant in the process and found the right words to calm the brain and reveal the strength of the body. Thank you, Marcelo. Was great experience 🙏

    Class was DOPE!!!! This was my first time at Pulmo, but not doing CrossFit. I must say, the attention and care that they give their athletes are TOP NOTCH. Tee was my instructor and she makes sure you get the lift properly and not put too much of a strain on your body. Maurice is motivating!!!! When you wanna quit, he won’t let you. It’s not allowed. The energy was great. I highly recommend!
