I felt very comfortable and encouraged throughout the workout and I was not made to push myself beyond my limits. He also corrected my posture and technique as needed. The gym space is very well structured, with shower and lockers available, and the plan I went through was well thought out. They also had an InBody assessment at the start, which I found very helpful.
