すべてのレビューを表示Kenneth's Elevate class is one of the better ones I have attended at YM and I have attended quite a few some of which were not very well thought out and felt all over the place. This one was very well sequenced and everything made sense from the warmup postures to the strength drills and they definitely helped with achieving the final pose. The peak pose was crow & firefly + combinations of/ transitions between these 2. I can already can do titthibasana somewhat decently but I still got some really good pointers and tips to improve my form and even be able to play around with transitions. Great sweat sesh too!

I felt very present during the workout and time passed so quickly for me!! Overall a great class, will reccomend 💯

Instructor is also experience and pace out the sequence nicely. This is a shorter work out session at 45 mins which usually other studios offers 60mins session.

I learnt so many new things about posture and how to release tension. Agnes really knows her stuff and her teaching style is very approachable.
