When the room is dark, following others is tough because they might be looking around too. Also, people with astigmatism may have trouble seeing clearly. The workouts are still fun though! 👍

I asked for tips on how to defend, and within the 3 min and 40 sec pad session, I do believe I grew! His hints helped me to widen my sparring stance and to discipline my hands while blocking punches. He was patient and took time to point out specific areas of improvement. Also had time for a few jokes to keep everyone relaxed. Class was small enough for everyone to get some attention.
