I am considering to buy a full 10-session package after this experience. The overall session was 45-mins to 60-mins including changing clothes and winding down. The Infrared therapy plus Sauna helped my recovery of a very severe injury of my leg. after the session, my movements were easier on the joints due to the heat. I would absolutely consider coming back.

This happened last time too, but it was the lady at the front desk that I heard from the sauna. this time I could only hear somewhat from inside the red light bed, but from the sauna you could hear the entire conversation so it’s not the most relaxing environment.

You have a changing room and robe, come outside the chamber, and step into the cryo chamber and take your robe off behind a frosted pane of glass. Remember to breathe to keep calm! Feel free to move around, I did squats because there is no way in hell I would just stand there. PS the door isn’t locked so if you have to GTFO you can.

Couple little things that I’d mention: there is no shower (which was not advertised but still worth mentioning) so plan it well to be able to go home after. Also I had to ask to restart the timer. They set it up the moment I’ve entered the room, so but the moment I got inside was 10 min less. Other then that the blanket does what it promotes:) it does make you sweat a lot!
