すべてのレビューを表示Wow. I was not expecting to feel as good as I did. The facility is beautiful and clean, modern and elegant. You get the sauna and cold plunge room all to yourself. A half hour was actually not enough time once you go back and forth from the sauna to cold plunge. The assistant was lovely and gave me instructions on how to maximize my experience. There was a towel heater which was so nice after the cold plunge, and I was able to take a shower right after. My only tiny complaint is that I couldn’t tell the cold from hot temperature on the shower - the cap was off one of the knobs. And it would’ve been nice to have some body lotion since they already provided lovely shampoo, conditioner, body wash, makeup wipes, Q-Tips, and cotton rounds. Other than that, I loved my experience and can see myself doing this every week because it felt THAT good!

It felt like a workout, physical therapy, meditation and massage in one. Afterwards she told me what she learned about my body and gave me some advice and stretches to do. Couple little things that I’d mention: there is no shower (which was not advertised but still worth mentioning) so plan it well to be able to go home after. Also I had to ask to restart the timer. They set it up the moment I’ve entered the room, so but the moment I got inside was 10 min less. Other then that the blanket does what it promotes:) it does make you sweat a lot!

The heat was perfect and the area was nice because I had the privacy to go in and out when it got too hot. There was also a TV that allowed for me to watch sports highlights while my session. The staff was great! Very grateful that there is a super affordable sauna and cold plunge in the west LA area
