She asked me to speed up during class but I always listen to my body. I love classes that allow you to take your time and feel the workout. After all, we’re the ones paying right?

When I first arrived the lady at the front desk was expecting me , and said my name before I offered, simply with the appointment time. I was given a short questionnaire on medical history and then brought to the back so Monica could start the IV. Monica was gentle and explained the next steps effortlessly, making me feel at ease. I actually was getting my vitamin injections from a place a few doors down at a med spa, but they always had the snootiest/Hollywood attitudes. I used to feel bed for paying them. One day, while they were having me wait for an undisclosed amount of time, with zerp empathy per usual, LOL, I went for a walk, and passed Cryo Healthcare. I used to go here to get my cryotherapy sessions! I always liked this place. I noticed they had a sign outside that said they do vitamin injections. Wow! When I went inside, not only were their prices better, but their attitudes were waaaay better. So glad I discovered they're doing these shots. I'm so happy with my experience whenever I visit!

I am considering to buy a full 10-session package after this experience. The overall session was 45-mins to 60-mins including changing clothes and winding down. The Infrared therapy plus Sauna helped my recovery of a very severe injury of my leg. after the session, my movements were easier on the joints due to the heat. I would absolutely consider coming back.

This happened last time too, but it was the lady at the front desk that I heard from the sauna. this time I could only hear somewhat from inside the red light bed, but from the sauna you could hear the entire conversation so it’s not the most relaxing environment.

You have a changing room and robe, come outside the chamber, and step into the cryo chamber and take your robe off behind a frosted pane of glass. Remember to breathe to keep calm!
