I also find Esmee’s classes to be consistently hard, but so far not too hard that I’ve got to tap out! I do wish that the studio had dry shampoo as an offered item in the bathroom because I’m always sweating through class :) 10/10

すべてのレビューを表示Wow. I was not expecting to feel as good as I did. The facility is beautiful and clean, modern and elegant. You get the sauna and cold plunge room all to yourself. A half hour was actually not enough time once you go back and forth from the sauna to cold plunge. The assistant was lovely and gave me instructions on how to maximize my experience. There was a towel heater which was so nice after the cold plunge, and I was able to take a shower right after. My only tiny complaint is that I couldn’t tell the cold from hot temperature on the shower - the cap was off one of the knobs. And it would’ve been nice to have some body lotion since they already provided lovely shampoo, conditioner, body wash, makeup wipes, Q-Tips, and cotton rounds. Other than that, I loved my experience and can see myself doing this every week because it felt THAT good!

When I first arrived the lady at the front desk was expecting me , and said my name before I offered, simply with the appointment time. I was given a short questionnaire on medical history and then brought to the back so Monica could start the IV. Monica was gentle and explained the next steps effortlessly, making me feel at ease. The time went by super fast and as soon as the drip was done, Angie was there to free me and wrap the Injection spot. I’ll definitely be back!! Thank you

Walking into the session, I didn’t know what to expect, but I left with a sense of clarity and peace I hadn’t felt in years. Whatever was holding me back—physically, emotionally, and energetically—Yuki was able to help me identify and release. Through her incredible technique and intuitive care, I experienced an emotional release that allowed me to truly feel all the emotions I had been carrying for so long. There were moments of tears, moments of relief, and finally, moments of liberation as I let go of the heaviness I didn’t even realize I was holding. It felt as though a weight had been lifted from my entire being—mind, body, and soul. Yuki’s ability to create such a safe, supportive space was remarkable. Her presence alone is healing, and her work goes beyond just the physical. It’s as though she gently guided me back to myself, helping me reconnect with my body and emotions in a way that felt profound and freeing. This experience has changed me in ways I can’t fully put into words. I feel lighter, freer, and more at peace. If you’ve been feeling stuck, weighed down, or in need of true emotional and physical release, I cannot recommend Yuki enough. I actually was getting my vitamin injections from a place a few doors down at a med spa, but they always had the snootiest/Hollywood attitudes. I used to feel bed for paying them. One day, while they were having me wait for an undisclosed amount of time, with zerp empathy per usual, LOL, I went for a walk, and passed Cryo Healthcare. I used to go here to get my cryotherapy sessions! I always liked this place. I noticed they had a sign outside that said they do vitamin injections. Wow! When I went inside, not only were their prices better, but their attitudes were waaaay better. So glad I discovered they're doing these shots. I'm so happy with my experience whenever I visit!
