I actually was getting my vitamin injections from a place a few doors down at a med spa, but they always had the snootiest/Hollywood attitudes. I used to feel bed for paying them. One day, while they were having me wait for an undisclosed amount of time, with zerp empathy per usual, LOL, I went for a walk, and passed Cryo Healthcare. I used to go here to get my cryotherapy sessions! I always liked this place. I noticed they had a sign outside that said they do vitamin injections. Wow! When I went inside, not only were their prices better, but their attitudes were waaaay better. So glad I discovered they're doing these shots. I'm so happy with my experience whenever I visit!

すべてのレビューを表示You keep your head out for this one so it’s great for chest and lower part. I would try the Arctic one where you put your whole body including face. This was great for first time. Easier than ice bath and they do a good job keeping you distracted so 10min felt super fast

You have a changing room and robe, come outside the chamber, and step into the cryo chamber and take your robe off behind a frosted pane of glass. Remember to breathe to keep calm! It’s colder than…the coldest thing you can think of. They play some music you choose. And a voice gives you a countdown when you’ve got a minute and then :15 left. Feel free to move around, I did squats because there is no way in hell I would just stand there. PS the door isn’t locked so if you have to GTFO you can.
