Went to First Physio for the first time to do sports massage for my upcoming Under Armour Combine Crossfit Competition. My therapist, Danny was incredible at finding muscle knots and got it instant release on the muscle tightness. I was having calf tightness from an intense training and Danny quickly gave it a release. On the competition day, my vertical jump had improved thanks to Danny👍🏻. Will definitely recommend it for first timers.
