Infrared Pilates Circuit (Cadillac, Chair, Barrel, & Reformer)
Infrared Pilates Circuit was so much fun! 🔥 The best part is that you get to try 6 different Pilates stations in one class—Mat, Barre, Chair, Barrel, Reformer, and Cadillac—so it never gets boring. I felt it worked my arms and core more than my legs. The instructor was great at giving options too. If you wanted more of a challenge, she showed you how to level up the movements, and if something felt too difficult, you could always choose an easier variation. She was also very patient and repeated the instructions whenever needed, so it was easy to follow. The studio is nice, and it’s only about a 7-minute walk from LRT Ampang Park, so it’s pretty convenient if you’re taking public transport. Overall, I had a really great experience and would definitely come back!

Relaxing Infrared & Red Light Therapy
Marcus the receptionist was super helpful. The session went really well and it was very relaxing - basically you sit in a chair and have a red light shown onto you. The infrared light stimulates Collagen production and helps with healing injuries!

Its a very interesting experience. I really enjoyed the sauna but took a while to adjust to the cold plunge. I do feel refreshed after the session. Will definitely be back to challenge myself with the cold plunge again and incorporate this into my sports recovery routine :)

This was my first time for this session. It was okay though I couldn't really feel the effects yet, however I did slept well last night. So far doesn't feel so tired too. I might try a few more times before I could give better feedbacks. The center was good, clean and the persons in charged explained the treatment well.
