すべてのレビューを表示First time at Lionheart + first time trying infrared reformer. Gotta say, it was definitely a CHALLENGE but Alya paced the class well and made sure to check on everyone. I initially had concerns about the class being too hot to handle but you can feel the heat without being at the point of passing out. Loved it and will be back 🥰!

すべてのレビューを表示Love her energy and cueing. But I am not sure what does the infrared actually do? It was just 3 infrared machines making the room slightly warm. Aircon is on tho. Maybe because I was expecting it to be hot HOT.

すべてのレビューを表示Its a very interesting experience. I really enjoyed the sauna but took a while to adjust to the cold plunge. I do feel refreshed after the session. Will definitely be back to challenge myself with the cold plunge again and incorporate this into my sports recovery routine :)
