I was taken aback to be asked on arrival if I would be OK with a male massage therapist, as I'd booked a full body massage. Fortunately there was a female therapist available, as I would otherwise have rescheduled. (Was informed later that they were shorthanded that night with 1 or 2 people on sick leave.)
