すべてのレビューを表示Its a very interesting experience. I really enjoyed the sauna but took a while to adjust to the cold plunge. I do feel refreshed after the session. Will definitely be back to challenge myself with the cold plunge again and incorporate this into my sports recovery routine :)

すべてのレビューを表示This was my first time for this session. It was okay though I couldn't really feel the effects yet, however I did slept well last night. So far doesn't feel so tired too. I might try a few more times before I could give better feedbacks. The center was good, clean and the persons in charged explained the treatment well.

Would be nice if there is information on the benefits of the therapy, instructions, do’s & dont’s displayed in the room for first-timers, it will enhance the whole experience.

Instead of making the room extremely hot, the heat felt like it warmed my body more comfortably, which made it easier to relax and loosen my muscles after a workout. The cold shower afterwards was refreshing and helped me feel awake and recovered. I liked the hot and cold combination, it left me feeling less stiff and more energized. The place was clean, peaceful, and easy to use. If you’re looking for a relaxing recovery session after exercise, I’d definitely recommend trying their infrared sauna and cold shower.

The infrared sauna is the best time for you to wind down. There’s a TV in the room, for you to watch or listen to music as you heat in the sauna, towel and water are also provided and you can air dry yourself afterwards if you choose not to shower. Facilities are top notch and super great service by the physios. Recommended.
