I had a very pleasant experience at Lax Retreat. The place is aesthetically pleasing and had such a nice scent the moment I walked in, which instantly made me feel relaxed. The staff were polite, warm, and very friendly throughout my visit. I booked a Brazilian + underarms wax, and to my surprise, it was nowhere near as painful as my previous experiences at other places. Adel, the therapist, was incredibly skillful, gentle, and attentive, which made the whole session much more comfortable. Shout out to Adel 🌟 Definitely a place I would return to for future treatments!

I took 90mins aromatherapy massage session and the masseuse Eka was gentle but with medium pressure that helped to soothe my tired body. Asked to work on the lower back and legs and it was delightful. She also helped me to relax my stiff shoulders and hands too. It was soooo good. My therapist was Maz. She is very gentle and kind. It was very soothing and relaxing experience. Best thing is, she didn’t push for me to add on any other treatment. A bit on the pricier side. Credits on CP are for short hair, additional rm50 for medium length. Then i added scalp treatment for my itchy scalp. So, 28credits + RM200 for my treatment and hair length but worth it if you want to indulge.
