    [Day] Reformer • Sculpt Abs & Arms

    Pretty tough class, even for someone who does pilates regularly. Definitely not beginner friendly, but if you’re intermediate/advanced & want a good workout, Nevidy’s class is the place to go! Love how she encourages us to continue but if we just couldn’t anymore, she was also nice about it 😅

    Reformer+ Chair Pilates Intermediate

    Her workouts are suitable for the intermediate, not for beginners. The movements are different from other instructors that I have attended. Hence, it may be a bit difficult to execute unless you have a strong core. Overall, it is still an excellent class worth attending.
