すべてのレビューを表示I'm a complete beginner to aerial and still managed to keep up! the instructor was patient and built up the intensity slowly and in a manageable (but bloody hard) way. I couldn't believe I ended up tangled in the silks by the end. I now can't sit up anymore, that's how much my abs hurt 😅 I'll definitely be back.
