Lax Spa is always exceptional, from the front desk service to the treatments. I forgot my therapist’s name, but she wore a hijab and glasses. Her massage was firm yet gentle, and the body scrub was also gentle, even on eczema-prone skin. I had a great experience and thoroughly enjoyed my time there. Highly recommended.

I’m not so picky when it comes to wash & blow services as that’s usually pretty straightforward, but I was so happy with the service I got from this salon, and Susan (the hairstylist) + the girl who washed my hair (didn’t catch her name unfortunately). I just wanted a blow-in and had minimal expectations, but Susan’s technique (and speed as well) without feeling like I was rushed, made it one of the best blowouts I’ve ever had. My hair was wavy, bouncy, and just felt overall natural and fresh. If I didn’t do it via Classpass, their rates are also reasonable with a promo from M-TH, Rm48 for wash & blow. Not the fanciest of salons, aesthetically, but very decent, good service - highly recommended :)

I did a wash & blow only at TRIC today. My go-to branch is always MyTOWN since it’s the closest to my house. I’ve tried the Bangsar and IOI branches too — IOI is newer and feels super luxurious — but somehow I always end up coming back to MyTOWN 🤍 I actually keep changing hairstylists at the MyTOWN branch and honestly all of them are good, but today was my first time with CY and she’s sooo talented. What matters most to me is having a hairstylist that really knows how to make your hair look good ✨ Even though I only chose the normal wash & blow (no styling or anything), she still blew my hair so beautifully and made me feel so good for my date 🥹 I also did my brow trimming (plucking) with Grace because she’s always the most calm, gentle, and gives the most natural brow shape. Somehow it’s always less painful with her too 😭 I always go to Grace for my brows. I really hope they’ll have more people like Grace, and that Grace stays here forever because it’s honestly so hard to find someone that makes you feel this comfortable 🥺🤍 Will definitely keep coming back here!

The whole process of the hair treatment was great. An extra big big bonus was the amazing head massage! Also so nice to get a nice hair styling with great curls too. Left truly rejuvenated. My new go to place for sure!

BUT supposed to have extraction also.. when asked therapist why no extraction.. she said no extraction for this package its basic facial and my face is clear (nope its not) but in classpass detail it did mentioned have extraction. Anyway other process was good. Probably can have some rebet due to this.

Despite that, they were very friendly, welcoming, and handled the situation professionally. The entire process was comfortable, and my beautician took the time to make me feel at ease throughout the session. Overall, it was a pleasant first experience, and I’m looking forward to seeing the results over the next few weeks.

This is my second time here for diode laser hair removal on my legs, and I'm really happy with how it went. I barely felt anything except a cool sensation during the process. Plus, the treatment actually works! My hair growth was way less noticeable just a month after my first treatment here.
