The staff were polite, warm, and very friendly throughout my visit. I booked a Brazilian + underarms wax, and to my surprise, it was nowhere near as painful as my previous experiences at other places. Adel, the therapist, was incredibly skillful, gentle, and attentive, which made the whole session much more comfortable.
