I had a very pleasant experience at Lax Retreat. The place is aesthetically pleasing and had such a nice scent the moment I walked in, which instantly made me feel relaxed. The staff were polite, warm, and very friendly throughout my visit. I booked a Brazilian + underarms wax, and to my surprise, it was nowhere near as painful as my previous experiences at other places. Adel, the therapist, was incredibly skillful, gentle, and attentive, which made the whole session much more comfortable. Shout out to Adel 🌟 Definitely a place I would return to for future treatments!

Omg, this whole experience was so so nice!! It was my first time visiting and everything was so pleasant. My hair is so soft after the treatment, and the blow dry after was beautiful too! The hair wash and massage was also so nice. I really enjoyed it and the two of them that assisted me today were so nice and friendly.

was scared to try due to bad reviews, and I admit maybe the staff is not familiar with certain stuffs. personally, during my visit, it started off a bit difficult since I have curly hair and it cannot be washed like straight hair (will tangle) and the staff did not know what to do. however, they are open to learning when I tell them how to properly wash and detangle curly hair. I actually had a nice experience here :)
