The facial massage was so comfortable that I knocked out midway just enjoying the moment. My face feels rejuvenated and the facial muscles do feel toned afterwards. BUT supposed to have extraction also.. when asked therapist why no extraction.. she said no extraction for this package its basic facial and my face is clear (nope its not) but in classpass detail it did mentioned have extraction. すべてのレビューを表示was scared to try due to bad reviews, and I admit maybe the staff is not familiar with certain stuffs. personally, during my visit, it started off a bit difficult since I have curly hair and it cannot be washed like straight hair (will tangle) and the staff did not know what to do. however, they are open to learning when I tell them how to properly wash and detangle curly hair. I actually had a nice experience here :)
