すべてのレビューを表示I love Chandra‘s functional movement class. It’s all the stuff they don’t teach you in school for in sports. Even my Personal Trainer didn’t understand how to adjust a workout to hypermobility. My only complaint is sometimes there’s too many people in the class and you don’t get enough attention. She needs more class times with fewer students.

He makes you feel comfortable and welcome; especially to newbies like me! I was able to go at my own pace to keep up with the class and I can’t wait to sign up again!
