すべてのレビューを表示I love Chandra‘s functional movement class. It’s all the stuff they don’t teach you in school for in sports. Even my Personal Trainer didn’t understand how to adjust a workout to hypermobility. My only complaint is sometimes there’s too many people in the class and you don’t get enough attention. She needs more class times with fewer students.

すべてのレビューを表示This was so much fun! But definitely a workout. The slow, controlled movements engage all your muscles. This was my very first time doing aerial yoga and I didn't think I'd be doing much but I was able to do all of the exercises including flips and hangs. Such a confidence booster!
