すべてのレビューを表示Masters Yao and Dorri Li are fantastic and very welcoming! Dorri Li is an exceptionally patient and knowledgeable master. Always taking the time to break down each movement, ensuring everyone feels comfortable before moving on, while incorporating the history and qi gong principles into every session. It’s more than just a physical exercise. I always leave feeling balanced and with a better understanding of the art of Tai Chi.

すべてのレビューを表示The space was very intimate and cozy. The instructor, Savannah, was great and made it such a fun class. They have touch/consent cards available and Savannah had an oracle deck if you wanted to pull a card! I thought both were a nice touch.
