Christian brought incredible energy and precision, offering thoughtful corrections on body positioning throughout that made a real difference in how each move felt. As someone who practices ballet several times a week, I was thrilled to see multiple posture-strengthening exercises woven into the flow — the attention to alignment and core engagement felt like it was pulled straight from ballet training, and it made the sculpt work so much more effective. The blend of vinyasa flow, strength, and cardio kept the energy high, and the 90-degree heat was no sweat since it is low heat. I left feeling stronger, more aligned, and totally energized. Highly recommend for anyone who wants a class that challenges you while genuinely caring about form!
