    Spring and Suspend: Pilates Strength

    I did not expect to work up a sweat but to my surprise it happened! This class was tough! I think I’ll be more mindful about doing Lagree Pilates 2 days prior in the future because my body still hadn’t fully recovered making this class harder as well. That aside, you will definitely get in a good workout here and leave with sore muscles. I always appreciate when instructors offer to help you correct form but don’t make you feel pressured to do more than you can especially if it’s clear you’re trying but can’t complete the sets. Megan was encouraging and knowledgeable as well and at times knew how to throw in a few jokes.

    Climbing Wall

    I ended up being the only one in class, so I got lucky with extra guidance from Akibul! As a complete beginner, I couldn’t have asked for a better introduction—he was supportive, knowledgeable, and kept me motivated the whole time. His calm and encouraging approach made me feel confident and excited to keep going. Highly recommend if you’re looking to start climbing with a great instructor, especially if you want to build a solid foundation in climbing!

    Space has a lot of equipment and instructor had us do circuits, we would do each circuit 3x. Good music and moves. If you’re new to the space, come 15-20 mins earlier to sign all the waivers and they also request you to email your covid vaccination to them before coming into the gym. Women and Men have their own locker space.
