    Loved the class, instructor, space. My one critique is about halfway/towards the end of class, I wish the spoken instruction slowed down a bit. Once the heat and relaxation settles in, it takes me a second to process left and right and what I’m actually being told to do and I get lost.

    I don’t come regularly but every time I make it to class it’s always motivating and fun and 45 minutes though brutal at times go by very fast. If managment reads the comments can I suggest a sticky mat at the door so people who don’t change shoes can’t at least get some sidewalk / subway / bathroom filth off their shoes since many exercises require us on our forearms and hands.

    I really enjoyed this class! Nikki was very encouraging and full of positive energy. She worked so hard with us, which kept us going.     Shannon C is an AMAZING instructor! She used to teach at my gym and I specifically took this class at The DRIP just to take a class led by her again. She is so encouraging and attentive. She gives a challenging class that encourages people to push themselves, but also reminds us to listen to our bodies and give ourselves grace. This combo of being challenging, encouraging, and attentive makes for a great class that I highly recommend. Definitely going to take again!

    I did not expect to work up a sweat but to my surprise it happened! This class was tough! I think I’ll be more mindful about doing Lagree Pilates 2 days prior in the future because my body still hadn’t fully recovered making this class harder as well. That aside, you will definitely get in a good workout here and leave with sore muscles. I always appreciate when instructors offer to help you correct form but don’t make you feel pressured to do more than you can especially if it’s clear you’re trying but can’t complete the sets. Megan was encouraging and knowledgeable as well and at times knew how to throw in a few jokes.

    I haven’t been to the studio for eight years since I moved to Brooklyn. Aaron and the class format are as great as I remembered.
