Izzy opened the class with nice warm ups that felt natural before diving into two main sets of flow: (1) on the mat followed by (2) standing up only where we work our way to final stretches and laying on back. Lots of intentional side openers and holds with breathwork that break out of the typical sun salutation. Izzy always gives a lot of cues and clarifies the subtle rotations needed for the moves. I feel like I learn something new about a move each time. Great style for intermediate yogis. Thanks.

Loved this format as it was different than other yoga classes and also great as a stretch and reset type of class. I must say I also love that someone was using their phone and they got called out, so important to not have the energy in the room! Will be back soon and am bringing a friend! Excited to try the other class formats!

すべてのレビューを表示First FG60 attended, the combo of relatively brisk pace, moderately intense heat + multi modal fluid standing and mat based poses pressed well beyond what I had to give w respect to practice (advanced beginner) and energy level (low). Nonetheless, worth every second of effort spent trying to keep up and hang in w the cool kids who somehow seemed to power through it all! Margaret’s apparent high level coaching abilities and unmistakable deep connection to the work she guided us through to great effect was a boon to morale all the same.

すべてのレビューを表示Jacob’s voice is so relaxing, he always care about good form, great flow to class, and I actually enjoyed his sculpt class (didn’t like it the first time with another instructor). The normal WeFlowHard is still my favorite class!

In the huge studio can see this is challenging, would rather be able to hear in any case and didn’t detract from excellent workout overall. 2. speaking so fast. Instructions were clear and thorough nonetheless. 3. tap water only, no filtered water dispenser.

すべてのレビューを表示Great class! Loved the cuing. It was a bit too hot but the teacher was mindful of folks comfort and would air out the room a bit. I’m experienced with hot yoga as well so this is HOT! Not for beginners but a good vibe and flow of the studio. Tony at the front desk is awesome!

すべてのレビューを表示Thank god for this instructor opening the door and keeping it open halfway through class. The one thing about corepower is it sometimes gets way too hot to focus on form or your breath and having the door open helped immensely. Not every workout needs to be heated to 95 degrees!

At the end of each sequence we flowed on our own with no instructions which I usually don't love, but there was great cueing and modifications given overall. Lavender cold towels are handed out at the end of class. Just know if you don't bring a mat it's a few bucks to use one.
