I have read cross review from ClassPass.As I really love how they wan us to place our phone outside the class , and this reminded me my Bali retreat :) Other than safety purpose due to we are in a hot class and also minimize the interruption for the flow !! Will be back !!!

すべてのレビューを表示Love this class with master Dom. It's very easy to follow, take a deep breath and relax, practice being mindful with the movements. Definitely a good refreshing Sunday acrvitiy. Small class makes it feels even special. I practice regularly and can feel the benefits of Qi Gong on my physical and metal health. Highly recommend to come & try it yourself :)

He genuinely cares for the practice and this translated to his teaching. Highly recommend to come to his classes if you are a beginner!

すべてのレビューを表示Instructor is extra attentive to past injuries that we have and will adjust poses to avoid aggravating those injuries. Wall rope is fun as usual, no cardio, purely stretch with a bit of inversions (the fun part). The wall rope here have the cushion which is more comfortable than the usual wall rope yoga, but might also feel more slippery especially for first timers, but instructor will watch out anyway so just follow and have fun.
