She guided us very well. It was just the two of us who showed up to the class and she personalised it for both of us based on our capabilities to be able to execute yoga with good amount of challenge. Highly recommend her class.

The routine felt fresh and had some unique movements, which I really appreciated as someone who's been taking reformer classes for a while but is still building strength. Coach Joyce was very attentive throughout the session, regularly checking on everyone and providing form corrections when needed. Highly recommend if you're looking for a beginner-friendly class that still gives you a solid challenge!

I was shookt that this one was very challenging for me esp. for my body type, but tried my best nonetheless. She doesn’t throw every detail at us at once—instead, she breaks the combo down, builds things up gradually, and always pointing our mistakes out. It's so much easier to digest and improve with her help, and i can really tell how much effort she puts in teaching. Will definitely be back!

すべてのレビューを表示Mr Rudy is a great teacher, he’s really good at giving corrections while keeping this beginners class interesting by adding some more slightly challenging moves. Small class size means it’s also easier to improve because he’s able to give more attention and watch out for how you’re performing the moves. Would recommend, he is able to adapt it for your level.

I like that she constantly demonstrates and do up to 90% of all the moves together with us, this helps me to check my form against hers through the mirror to make sure I'm doing them correctly. Her class makes me wanna push myself more to fulfil the poses. My body definitely felt the burn!
