But honestly good environment, no judgement, but great if you like a well paced environment for someone who has more experience in dance

You need to sign for at reception on the ground floor so best to come a little bit earlier. Class was small and trainer was encouraging. Could do with a few more mirrors though as it’s hard to check your form if you’re in the back.

The middle barre was a bit unstable but they did say they will replace it with a better one so looking forward to that so we can do the positions/moves more confidently. Loved the cool down portion where we were almost in total darkness even though it was 10 AM. Really love this beautiful studio and thoughtful details. Glad they have NF Fit Club besides dance classes 🤎

すべてのレビューを表示It was challenging to get to the studio after office hours - you will need to register for lift access and I didn’t factor enough time for that, so was late and missed the intro to the class which is important for a first timer. The class is not your typical stretch class, it was more focused on strength. Definitely a humbling but fun process. Instructor seemed quite strict initially but is actually warm and does her best to ensure you get the most out of the class. Overall, a great experience.
