Power Stretch
This is my go-to Power Stretch class, and it really lives up to its name! You’ll definitely get a good stretch here. Teacher Jenny is so encouraging and hands-on throughout the class. She really takes the time to go around and assist each student, so you know you’re doing the stretches properly. Honestly, you start getting nervous when you see her coming your way😆 but it’s always worth it because her guidance really helps you improve your stretches. Definitely one of my favorite classes! Lalabas kang may abs charr😂😂

10/10. We took the morning schedule and it was definitely the best time to go there. There were little number of gym goers pa so it took us more courage to roam around and try different exercises. As a shy person, u must try morning sched too.

It was an awesome experience with Coach Chris! The movements were thoughtfully delivered and well executed. It was easy for us to follow. It was full body workout. I felt more muscle groups on my lower body and arms were used. There were core exercises too. I hope the studio can install mirrors 😊

This was a really great class!! Kru Pam was a great instructor and I felt like I learnt a lot and had so much fun. However I will say, it may not be the best class if you are a total beginner, it would probably be better to look for a different class for your first time! Overall I really enjoyed it and will definitely be returning next time I am in Bangkok. Thank you!

This was a really great class!! Kru Pam was a great instructor and I felt like I learnt a lot and had so much fun. However I will say, it may not be the best class if you are a total beginner, it would probably be better to look for a different class for your first time! Overall I really enjoyed it and will definitely be returning next time I am in Bangkok. Thank you!

Aerial Hoop was actually the first activity I ever tried, and it’s still one of my favorite classes! 🥹 Teach Marj is super hands-on and goes through each trick with us one by one, making sure our body positioning on the hoop is correct. She’s also so funny while teaching, so the class is always fun and lively! She’s incredibly talented, graceful, and flexible. You can’t help but be amazed watching her do the tricks. Honestly, she makes you want to be that good someday! 😂 She’s definitely someone you’d look up to. The best! 🩷

I think he had more confidence in my ability than me myself. 😆 Thanks to that, I gained the confidence too and surprised myself when I could eventually do the flow that I thought I couldn't! 🥹 In the end, I recorded a few complete flows because I enjoyed it so much!! 💕 Thank you, teacher Ari!!

Another enjoyable class with Ari! Teacher Ari was so encouraging and patient in guiding me through the flow step by step. Had such a great experience with this Hatha Yoga session! 🧘🏻‍♀️ There were definitely some parts that felt challenging, especially for a beginner, but the overall session was also very relaxing and enjoyable. Teacher Meggy was so kind and patient. She made sure to adjust the poses depending on what we could handle, which made the class feel comfortable and beginner-friendly. I also loved how she made the session fun while still giving us a good stretch and workout.

Had such a great experience with this Hatha Yoga session! 🧘🏻‍♀️ There were definitely some parts that felt challenging, especially for a beginner, but the overall session was also very relaxing and enjoyable. Teacher Meggy was so kind and patient. She made sure to adjust the poses depending on what we could handle, which made the class feel comfortable and beginner-friendly. I also loved how she made the session fun while still giving us a good stretch and workout.

Challenging class, but in the best way. Baey was incredibly detailed about the fundamentals of leg hangs. Her demonstrations and warm ups were clear and intentional. Her feedback for everyone was specific and super helpful. Look forward to my next class here!
