There was a lot of us in class so it was difficult to get feedback immediately but teach answers all the questions as much as she can.

Her instructions were easy to follow. She also gave a good massage which I appreciated. We were only 2 students in the class so she was able to stretch our bodies and correct our forms more. I was surprised she remembered our names knowing that class was full. I like that the studio has a good city view instead of just walls and mirrors.

He explained each step clearly, made the moves feel fun and easy to follow, and gave attention to everyone in the class. The studio space was smaller than I expected, but it was comfortable and worked well for the session. Overall, I really enjoyed the class and would definitely recommend it.
