Coach Jerry was great at teaching and guiding us through the techniques, and I really appreciated how he made sure beginners could follow along. The class was beginner-friendly, even with some more experienced members around. They were all so friendly and supportive, and would even help spot us and make sure we could properly execute what Coach Jerry was teaching. It was also my first time trying sparring, which was definitely tiring but so much fun! 😂 I was exhausted after, but in a good way. Definitely a fun experience. 🤼🏻♀️🩷

すべてのレビューを表示Came in with zero judo experience, but Coach Ryan made everything easy to understand and learn. He's patient, encouraging, and takes the time to explain the techniques clearly. Class is enjoyable and I've gained confidence. Highly recommend for anyone looking to start judo!

すべてのレビューを表示Awesome session! Sooo many padwork like maybe 6-7 times. Instructions are clear, we also still do some drills and practice techniques with partner, and some work outs in between. Very very push your fitness limit and still having fun. Definitely will come back!
