    Kru Kwang had a great energy and was super attentive. The Beginner class is great for true beginners because of the slow tempo and more attention to the correct posture.     The place is nice and aesthetic. You need to bring your own mat and towel. No soap available so bring one, as the class is very energic and you will sweat a lot. Joyce is a very excellent yoga instructor. You will learn the basic and how the way you can do the pose. She will inspire and motivate you to do your homework by practicing at home.     REFORM8 INFRARED Stretch and Lengthen

    I normally go for tougher classes, but I've been really impressed with the Stretch and Lengthen class. It's all about balance, and I can already feel the difference , my back's been bothering me less, and I feel like I've gained some serious length, especially in my legs. The studio's got a great vibe too, so I'm looking forward to trying out some of the other classes soon!

    Jolene was encouraging and gave clear cues. Not sure if this class is suitable for absolute beginners though, it included plank, pikes, sit ups on the reformer, which if you struggle to do those on a mat, its even more difficult on a reformer. Plus, possibly a little dangerous if you fall or don’t have the strength to control the machine’s resistance. Reformer studio is new and clean with toilet and changing area.

    I believe everyone should practice yin yoga at least once a week. The class is the perfect reset, scheduled at the ideal time—Wednesday.     I had a great experience at the hoop all-level class! It was my first time, and Kru Nut was incredibly kind and attentive. She started by guiding us through a warm-up stretch, then taught us various pull-up and hanging techniques step by step, with a strong focus on safety. By the end of the class, we were able to perform a short routine, followed by a cool-down stretch. Kru Nut adjusted the moves for beginners, making them easy to follow, while also offering advanced variations for those with more experience. P.S. It’s helpful to have some arm strength and be prepared to stretch well before joining this class! Also, don’t forget to breathe while hanging—it really helps reduce fatigue.

    My first time taking one of Chin's classes as she was substituting for Jerlene this evening- definitely wasn't expecting it to be as intense as it was but I've gotta admit I loved every second of it! Especially since there were so many elements of ballet involved that I'm used to~ Chin was super encouraging and would check on everyone's form and correct our alignment as well! I'd be open to booking another one of her classes if she has evening slots going forward :)

    Super nice! It was my first time trying low hammock stretching, and Catherine was incredibly patient and friendly. She took the time to help everyone improve their posture and consistently encouraged us to do our best. After the lesson, I felt so relaxed and rejuvenated. Highly recommend!
