    REP FIT | Lower Body Strength

    Stop dreaming about the peach and just go to this class. Karan’s really knowledgeable and will patiently help you get from 0 to juicy. The key is consistency. The classes change a bit so you won’t get bored even if you come regularly, but also doesn’t change so much that you never progress. Also, HOF people are very nice. Rec rec.

    Good class for beginners. Must be escorted by building staff to use lift so come a bit earlier. Gym is quite small but clean and well equipped.
