すべてのレビューを表示It was my first time doing such an intense cardio workout. The instructor was full of energy & positivity. Honestly, half way through, I didn’t think I would be able to complete it (considering my own stamina) but I’m grateful to have been able to push past my own limits. The atmosphere of everyone & the energy that the instructor brought helped a lot in that. I am not at all a dancer and it was personally hard for me to remember the dance moves but with the instructor’s guidance, I was able to see it through! Thank you for the experience :))
