Curtis was very attentive to all students. He gave clear, easy cues and remind us to respect our limits. He watched every student closely, offering soft adjustments or helpful props like blocks. l left the class feeling lighter and more centered and I will definitely join again.

This class was a whirlwind, like a super charged Zumba on steroids but even better! Nelson has great energy and it’s easy to see why his regulars love him. He incorporates iconic choreography from each song which was so fun. We must have danced through at least 10 tracks spanning multiple Kpop generations. Don’t come expecting a gym, the class is a vibrant, fun-filled dance party room!
