すべてのレビューを表示I did the Yin and Yang class on Tuesday evenings. I haven’t done yoga in years, but I also wanted a workout. It was a really nice balance between the two and I was able to sweat and relax at the same time. The instructor was great and the general vibe was very good. Highly recommend!

I highly recommend this class, it can seems a bit difficult for beginners, it's a bit mixed levels as some usual classmates would go at their pace and faster.

すべてのレビューを表示Liz is such an an attentive teacher, one of the most attentive I’ve had of the roughly 5-6 reformer classes I’ve had in Hong Kong and London. She really made sure we were in correct alignment when doing the exercises and always delivered clear and detailed instructions while being very encouraging. Also ensured we were properly warmed up and connected to our breath from the get go (a lot of teachers in HK seem to skip this!). Can really tell that she puts a lot of care and effort into her teaching, defo will return ! Thank you Liz!
