すべてのレビューを表示Fun, advanced class! Offering some friendly feedback geared toward inclusivity. I’d recommend that the studio put “advanced” in the name of the class or for more action cues to be offered the first time we see each pose to allow new students to get familiar with them. There were three people in the class who had never done yoga before and they were struggling to keep up. It was even challenging for me in a few sections and I’ve completed yoga teacher training and have been practicing for a while. But, that’s why I chose to come back to Brooklyn’s class. Because she offers challenging sequences that helps me grow in my practice. Overall, the sequence felt intentionally put together and flowed well.

I was a little nervous going in alone, but they made me feel completely comfortable right away. Definitely glad I came and I’ll be back! 🥹
