すべてのレビューを表示Had a great time! Was a bit nervous not boxing much before but the class was great. Basically one on one the entire time, great gym space. Good workout with lots of variety and the trainer corrects your mistakes and helps you workout what you want. Loved it!

すべてのレビューを表示This was not what i expected. I thought it would be a class full of people but instead it was a one on one and open gym kind of thing. Even though it was unexpected, i still got a great workout in and had some fun doing it! I would recommend this place to anyone. Such a good experience

すべてのレビューを表示This was my first time doing animal flow and I really enjoyed it. It was stimulating mentally and the instructor was really good at explaining how each movement builds up the next one . He was very patient and encouraging . He also found different ways to explain things when I didn’t understand . Highly recommend
