The instructor Shannon was very good about demonstrating what we were doing and as Lagree is new to me was also very good about coming by and getting me adjusted on positioning which I really appreciated. An excellent workout. I wish I lived closer to this studio!

Even the other attendees are welcoming and kind. It’s such a wonderful studio and atmosphere. I highly recommend Saule Yoga!

すべてのレビューを表示Lissette was AMAZING!!! This was one the best practices that I’ve had in years. She gives great instruction and her flow sequences are on point. The vibes in the studio are literally heavenly. I was able to relax fully and do a much needed session. I’d come back here every chance I get.
