すべてのレビューを表示I had an exceptional experience at Village Gym on Boxing Day when many other facilities were closed. I'm particularly grateful they remained open during the festive season. The wet facilities were outstanding. The pool, spa pool, sauna, and steam room were some of the most immaculate, demonstrating excellent maintenance and cleanliness standards. The changing rooms were impressively spacious and luxurious, and the staff were polite and helpful, always ready to assist with any queries. The staff's dedication truly stood out. Every team member provided exceptional service, creating a welcoming atmosphere that made my post-Christmas relaxation visit precisely what I needed. There's just one minor suggestion for improvement: the shower pressure could be enhanced to provide a more invigorating experience. Overall, I highly recommend Village Gym for anyone seeking a high-quality fitness facility with outstanding amenities and customer service. Thank you to the entire team for making my visit so enjoyable!
