すべてのレビューを表示I really like Aislinn - she’s really good at pushing you to do as much as you can without ever making you feel singled out in a class or bad for taking breaks. It would be nice if Tribe didn’t fill the classes so full though as it is really hard these days to do classes without knocking neighbours from all sides!

すべてのレビューを表示Madhuras classes are great but it should definitely be specified that they are for advanced yogis - I struggled maintaining the pace and couldn’t do a lot of the poses. Still a fantastic class though!

The long holds and gentle stretches release tension, leaving both body and mind refreshed. It’s the perfect class for unwinding and recharging. Highly recommended!

すべてのレビューを表示I really like Lisa and I enjoyed her class. I do find it quite frustrating though when there seem to often be teacher changes - I think a lot of people go to certain classes because they’re being lead by specific instructors.
